Registration is open now using the DMU Online Shop platform or through dedicated forms for staff and students at the host institutions.

Presenters should ensure they have registered by Tuesday 24th March. If you absolutely need to pay by invoice rather than a card payment, email Andrew Reeves on areeves@dmu.ac.uk to arrange this.

ESD Exchange has been designed as a low-cost and inclusive event with a range of fee options designed to minimise barriers to participation whilst covering our core hosting costs. There are four registration rates noted below.

  • £100 (pay-it-forward rate, designed for those with available budget for CPD, engagement and/or research dissemination, enabling bursaries to be provided for others)
  • £50 (standard rate)
  • £20 (reduced rate for students)
  • £FREE (For students and staff at three host universities, subject to capacity. For other attendees, if you wish to attend but cannot afford a registration fee, contact Bessie Lester from the organising team on bessie.lester@dmu.ac.uk, for information on a free bursary place and the form to register if awarded. Free attendance is prioritised towards students and student union officers.

Bursary Support with travel and accommodation.

Bursaries are on offer to minimise barriers to participation, particularly for student attendees from across the UK. A second round of bursaries will be awarded in late-March; to express interest please email Bessie Lester on bessie.lester@dmu.ac.uk with a brief rationale.

The bursary options are:

  • £50 towards travel/accommodation
  • £100 towards travel/accommodation
